What is JOLLYshop?
JOLLYshop is an online shop offering school and painting supplies that can be customized. Currently, the following products are available:

- TwinTabs watercolor paint box with 12 different color pans
- TwinTabs watercolor paint box with 24 different color pans

What can be printed on the products?
Basically, almost anything your heart desires can be printed on the products. However, the content must not be “reprehensible”, i.e. impolite, libellous, abusive, pornographic, sexually explicit or objectionable, discriminating or defamatory. Due to low readability, emojis (various smileys) cannot be printed on them either.
How do I order a product?
- Select the required product at the JOLLYshop start page by a mouse-click
- Enter the name that is to be printed on the product in the name box
- Add the product to the shopping cart and proceed directly to checkout or just continue shopping
- You may check your order in the cart once again and change or cancel a product, if necessary
- Then type your personal details in the corresponding fields, confirm the GTCs and press the “Kostenpflichtig bestellen” [order subject to costs] button
- Your order will be forwarded to us and we will start processing it at once
What payment options do I have?
You may select one of three different options:
- Credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
- PayPal
- SOFORT Banking
Any banking charges shall be borne by the final customer.
Is there a minimum order amount that needs to be met?
The minimum order amount is € 9, the maximum order amount is € 500, shipping costs excluded.

How long does it take for the products ordered to be delivered?
The goods ordered will be delivered within two weeks after receipt of your purchase order.
How will the products be delivered?
The goods ordered will be delivered by GLS. In order to ensure smooth delivery, we would ask you to enter your phone number and e-mail address into the personal details fields.
Are there any other JOLLY products as well?
Both for school and preschool, JOLLY offers a wealth of painting and writing products. However, individual names can only be printed on those products that are offered on jollyshop.at. All other articles are available from well-assorted specialist retailers.
Why should I register to the newsletter?
After registration, you will be informed in a newsletter about news, innovative products or various events on a regular basis. If you do not want to receive the newsletter any more, you may unsubscribe at any time.
